Conveniently located in Darwin Corporate Park, Berrimah, our venue caters for up to 20 people and is wheelchair accessible.
The versatile space is ideal for classroom-style training, presentations and seminars, product launches and demonstrations and meetings and is wheelchair friendly.

Booking Information
Tentative Booking
Tentative bookings will only be held for a maximum of (7) seven working days. If the booking is not confirmed before the end of this period, Ironbark Services NT (ISNT) reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after a 50% deposit is paid and the completed booking form is submitted.
Payment
Full payment must be made as per payment terms outlined on the issued invoice 7 days prior to the date of the booking.
Cancellations
If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the client may incur a fee based on a percentage of the room hire cost. All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations made at least 7 working days prior to the booked date will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 working days’ notice will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.
- If no cancellation notice is received within 48 hours of the booking, the full room hire cost will be charged.
Liability
Ironbark reserves the right to refuse or cancel without liability, any function deemed inappropriate by Management that may disrupt the productivity, security, reputation or smooth running of the facilities.
Ironbark will not be responsible for any damages or loss of merchandise and equipment left in the facility prior to, during or after an event. Clients are advised to consider their own insurance or security needs.
Catering
Please ensure you notify the front reception of catering delivery times in advance. Luna Cafe is located at Darwin Corporate Park and can deliver.
